Our Winter Workout: Winter Strong Series

When: January 28th 5:30pm 

Where: Via Zoom so we can all stay warm and COVID free

What: Dr TJ McClurg will be talking and demonstrating different workouts you can do at home to keep you limber, and nimble. The idea is to keep your stamina up and the morning aches and pains at bay. Tune in to get these great tips for stretching, strength training, and endurance conditioning so that you can enjoy life fully!
