We don’t often recommend products, but when we do it is because we have used them and have found them super helpful. This particular product has come in handy for our clients to do self care massages on tight, stiff, or sore muscles and tendons which is often part of our program to help get back to their game. So check out this roller! (If you click the image it will take you to the Amazon link for purchase).
Elastic Bands:
Just like the foam roller, elastic bands are a great way to increase strength and stability in your body. Having the right bands for the job becomes another challenge. These bands are high quality, and have a wide range of resistance so there is lots of room for growth. That is why we recommend them.
Hand Exercises:
In our Facebook live videos we talk about finger stretchers and hand exercises you can to to help eliminate or reduce pain from tennis elbow and even carpal tunnel. The products we use for those exercises can be found here. Please make sure you are working with a certified therapist before using these to avoid injury.
Tennis balls, lacross balls, are so good for more than just the game. These lacross balls are the ones we suggest to clients to help with self massage on sore, stiff, or tense muscles to help release the tension and pain allowing you to get back in the game faster.
This app we use to keep up with our clients! It allows us to know what exercises are working or not working for them, allows them to ask questions about recommended treatments. It even allows us to put together custom programs with tutorials on how to do the recommended stretches safely. We love this app and know you will too!
