Dr. Sarvar has been very helpful in explaining and treating the causes of my back pain. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and have valuable ways in helping improve health. I highly recommend Personalized Physical Therapy and Wellness if you are searching for ways to feel better! (Lawren Pomacino)

Dr. Pathan is really great. I have to admit, I was skeptical before my first visit. But once I experienced my first consultation, I was sold! He puts so much time and effort into personally getting to know the problems that you are having. I have been having a real hard time moving my neck. The results that I got after just the first visit were so much better than what I was expecting. This is not your average PT. Highly recommend! (Shawn Johnson)

What past patient has to say about Farhin: I worked with Farhin during my pregnancy to prepare and postpartum. I have had great success with increasing my pelvic floor function and also managing back pain that comes with carrying a baby. She is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to provide support through this transition.(Sheridan Wenzel)

Farhin has been helping me with pelvic floor, back and shoulder issues. The initial evaluation was at least 1.5 hours, very thorough. She not only is very caring but also very knowledgeable. The focus is holistic care. The exercise App provided helps tremendously with continued home care. I would fully recommend her for your PT needs. (Rebecca O’Donovan)

Dr. Tyler McClurg (Dr TJ) 5.0⭐ Rating

Dr. Tj is experienced member of our personalized wellness team. As an Elon University graduate of Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), he has a Titleist Performance Institute Level 2 Medical Professional certification with over 6 years of experience. Having operated the golf rehabilitation program at Neurosurgery and Spine Clinic in Huntersville, NC, he afterward worked with a wider range of rotational athletes in Tacoma, WA.

What past patient has to say about Dr. TJ: I went to TJ McClurg at personalized physical therapy and wellness for a shoulder problem that I had since last October. I had overused the shoulder and the pain just wouldn’t stop. I tried physical therapy at the hospital but nothing got better. So I went to TJ and now my pain is gone. He was very experienced and thorough. He also diagnosed that I was crooked from a previous fall and he fixed that too. I know that would have caused future problems so glad we got everything fixed. I highly recommend them.  (Eileen Major)

After years of trying to rehab my impinged shoulder, I found Personalized PT at a local gym. I was immediately impressed with the knowledge and the tips provided from the staff. I decided to do a consult, during which they provided a full recovery plan for my shoulder. They also recommended dry needling, which I was very apprehensive to try. Over the last few weeks, I’ve seen incredible improvements in shoulder and neck pain, as well as fixing some movement patterns. Working with TJ has been awesome. He made the introduction to dry needling an extremely comfortable process and has provided a great structure for my rehab plan. I’d highly recommend checking out Personalized PT! (Jen Stafford)

Lori Aaron 5.0⭐ Rating

Lori brings a wealth of experience in massage therapy and is passionate about helping people feel their best. Whether you’re dealing with everyday aches and pains, recovering from activity, or simply looking to relax and recharge, Lori’s skills can make a real difference.

Why Consider Massage Therapy?

Massage therapy isn’t just about relaxation—it’s also an important tool for improving health and wellness. Here are a few ways it may help you:

  • Reduce muscle tension and pain from daily stress, posture, or overuse.
  • Improve circulation to help your body recover and heal.
  • Enhance mobility and flexibility, making movement easier and more enjoyable.
  • Support stress relief by calming the nervous system and encouraging relaxation.

How Massage Fits Into Your Care

Massage can be a powerful complement to physical therapy. While PT focuses on restoring movement and function, massage helps decrease discomfort, loosen tight muscles, and prepare your body for more effective movement. Together, they can speed up recovery and improve your overall well-being.

Why Book with Lori?

Lori has years of hands-on experience and a holistic approach to care. She tailors each session to your individual needs—whether that’s easing back or neck pain, relieving tight muscles, or helping you manage stress more effectively.
