What Those We’ve Helped Are Saying About Us:

“I came to Sarvar about 3 months ago, and at that point I was completely out of commission in tennis. He gave me a full workup evaluation and addressed those issues first, and then gradually the forearm began coming back over the last three months. Feeling like I’m ready to get back on the court.”

“I had been struggling with my hip for anywhere for eight to ten years. 2 weeks before my surgery I decided to wait. After meeting Sarvar I’ve gradually been able to do more and more in the garden and the tennis court. It’s been a great journey so I’m really hopeful to see how much more my body can do.”

“I’ve had neck and upper back pain for some time, and have been to several other therapists. When I came to Dr. Pathan he diagnosed a completely different issue than the others had, and got me set on some exercises that changed my life, job, and sleep. It changed the level of pain that I walked through life with.”

“Hi i’m Dick Gillespie and I want to share a short story with you. I love being active and i’ve been walking 3-5 miles a day and playing golf for years.

About a year and a half ago i injured my right knee and developed some arch collapse on my right foot. The doctor said, Oh with surgery we can fuse your toes and remove all the pain, you have heavy arthritis in both knees and feet. I started with 10 weeks of physical therapy but then the bottom fell out.

For a year i didn’t walk, I didn’t play golf, i didn’t move.

My friend Lila had recovered from two shoulder surgeries and she was playing golf again and my jaw dropped.

How could she play golf?

After that she told me about Personalized Physical Therapy and Wellness, about Sarvar and TJ. It’s now 6 weeks later and I’m walking without pain usually 3-4 miles a day and it’s just a great way to begin the week.

So if you’re athletic and you think your walking days are over? Think again these guys are game changers and the therapy really works.

I’ll see you out on the golf course!!”

“i do have what’s known as ankylosing spondylitis so i’m very careful about movements and always keeping up exercise and i was changing out geranium pots to fall plantings on my patio so i remember exactly what i did i bent over and i lunged in, to take care of a terra cotta pot and twisted and as i twisted i knew i had moved the wrong way i had not used my back or my legs as i should and so i had a lot of pain and discomfort as a result and so i talked to some friends who i swim with and exercise with and they said oh you need to go see, see our physical therapist and that led me here.

Now i have completely regained strength. as after hard work following my instructions and continuing the exercises that i was given to do through physical therapy.”

“My perspective for assessing Dr. Pathan’s professional and personal competence is the following: I am a recently retired pediatrician after 31 years in private pediatric practice, 11 years in academic pediatric medicine, and culminating in 6 ½ years practicing Integrative Medicine pediatric consulting. Over my 48 ½ year career I have been privileged to know and work with a large number of skilled and highly regarded physicians. Dr. Sarvar certainly belongs in this league of health professionals. My wife first saw Dr. Sarvar regarding post-surgery rotator cuff concerns followed by a personalized program to address additional areas after he had started his own practice. I observed from her experience how his approach is so personalized and targeted at specific objectives. A subsequent program was designed to promote continued improvement in flexibility and balance, while adding some strength-building. His knowledge of anatomy, function, and how to design interventions for patient concerns to reach one’s goals for improvement is simply amazing. His personality is delightful and he is the ultimate encourager! I heartily recommend Dr. Sarvar without reservation for any physical therapy and wellness needs. Bose Ravenel, M.D, F.A.A.P., Retired November 27, 2020.”
