Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant
Job description:
Are you comfortable communicating the value of Personalized, high quality cash based physical therapy services while talking to strangers, both in person and on the phone?
Are you someone who can ensure that patient leads who call for physical therapy inquiry are scheduled, and show up excited for their first appointment?
Are your comfortable making calls and follow ups to past patients and potential leads educating the value of Personalized wellness and reactivating their plan of care?
Are you comfortable setting up event tables, and selling Personalized High Quality cash based physical therapy services using creating flyers, sign up raffles and encouring people to sign up for discounted evaluations, get their phone and email, and following through to bring them into the clinic?
Are you comfortable with public speaking during workshops, introducing therapists, recording workshops, making social media video and photo posts during the workshop and encouraging people to sign up with the available discounts?
Are you comfortable walking into a local health gym, country club or store for building business partnerships and increase referrals to the clinic?
Are you comfortable attending networking meetings requiring 30 s to 2 min elevator sales pitch and frequent 30-45 min presentations about the services and increasing referrals/business partnerships?
Are you capable to holding events at the clinic needing arrangement for food, event flyers, discount coupons, and delighting the attendees to increase referrals for the clinic?
Are you capable of leveraging social media platforms building reels, posts, hashtags creating awareness, traction, event pages, via Live videos, photo posts of the day, sharing posts, commenting and engaging customer to become customers without being salesy.
Are you capable to building monthly newsletter for the clinic with topics like Team/clinic updates, business partner highlight, workshops of the month, patient testimonial of the month, podcasts?
Can you build and send mass text/email blasts with appropriate tags to the audience?
The Role:
You will be responsible for getting therapist caseload full and into wait list by scheduling new patients, inactive leads, and reactivating past patients, marketing, networking, event management, social media posts/videos and ultimately bring on 2 more Full time Physical Therapists.
Skills/Competencies Needed:
- Be able to hold meaningful conversations with prospective patients on the phone/text/social media comments/messenger/website chat for longer than 20 minutes (empathy)
- Be able to answer all questions asked on the phone/text/social media comments/messenger/website chat in a such a way that increases the likelihood that the person asking will want to become a customer (insightful and knowledgeable)
- Recall names and faces of patients and in doing so making all our patients feel welcomed and remembered
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to patients when they arrive in the clinic and when they call in for questions (experience)
- Organization and planning: plan and organize schedules in an efficient, productive manner that would include sales, networking, marketing, event management and ready availability for phone calls.
- Follow through on leads with creative ways to allow them to see value in becoming customers.
- Demonstrate an ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
- Attention to detail: does not let important details slip through the cracks
- Persistence: demonstrate tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done
- Proactivity: acts without being told what to do. Brings new ideas to the company
